Host Hero provides digital services and professional consulting — including the Digital Trust Audit™ and Host Hero Nexus™ — rather than physical goods. Nothing purchased through hosthero.africa is shipped by post or courier, and no shipping fees apply to any purchase.

Following your paid audit session, your written report and roadmap are delivered digitally (typically by email) within a few business days of your consultation call, as outlined on the Audit page.

Host Hero Nexus™ is delivered as a completed digital implementation — your website, hosting setup, and associated materials — over the project's 8–10 week timeline, with milestones communicated directly by your project team rather than a shipped physical product.
